Upon identifying suitable employment in line with injured persons age, skills and education labour market research is completed to determine true Earning Capacity in the open labour market. CAS reports also utilize Nominated Treating Doctor Agreement for the selected job options as well as other specialist agreements and opinions.    In some cases IMC- Independent Medical Consultants are also utilized to assist with upgrades and negotiations with nominated treating doctor.

Work Injury Damages Claims (WID)

Work injury damages in NSW are governed primarily by the Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW).
